• Analysis
  Smith & Sons recommends that the affected area be examined and tested by a independent third party. Once the area is tested, the independent third party will provide a protocol for Smith & Sons to remediate the mold. The independent third party will then provide testing for a clearance report of work completed.

• Containment
  Our remediation process ensures exposure is minimized in the structure and surrounding areas.

• Removal
  Materials that are contaminated and not restorable are immediately sealed, removed and destroyed.

• Restoration
  All remediated areas are inspected and certified by an independent third party before reconstruction is initiated.
